He Killed 7 people and injured a further 19. Chopper hated Julian because he had killed innocent people. So he decided he was going to kill him for it. On the first day they spent in the same yard Chopper and his crew started to bash Julian, and to their disbelief Julian started to cry. Chopper felt sorry for him, and decided to give him a break and kill him the following day. Unfortunately for Chopper Julian reported the attempted hit on him and he was moved to protective custody and survived. Chopper didn't have many regrets, but not killing Julian was definitely one of them. Condition: Good - Refer to Images 11598+20
