One Underworld figure painting about another one. Carl Williams was a drug KingPin doing time in HM Prison Barwon. He was beaten to death in custody in 2010 by another inmate with an exercise bicycle seat stem. Chopper was never a fan of Carl because he hated drug dealers and once called him a "wobbly bottomed cherub faced little boy". It was well known that Carl had turned Police informant whilst inside, which had put a price on his head. Chopper wrote on the back "It was only a matter of time, hey mate"
