Description
The second-generation Camaro has the best proportions of any American coupe from the era. Long hood, short deck, aggressive haunches, a roofline that still turns heads half a century later. This 1974 Type LT is a confirmed V8 car out of Norwood, Ohio (VIN decoded: genuine 350ci factory car). The Type LT sat above the base model with upgraded interior, extra sound deadening, and a more refined character. It also carries factory air conditioning, which many of these have lost over the years.
The V8 runs an aftermarket aluminium intake manifold, four-barrel carb with chrome TFI air cleaner, and blue performance spark plug wires. Factory A/C controls are present. The interior is complete with an intact dashboard (no major cracks, which is uncommon for these), centre console with aftermarket gauge pod, and a billet steering wheel. Chrome rally wheels with BFGoodrich Radial T/A tyres. Queensland blue modification plate (L01, May 2011) confirms a legal engine modification. The boot is full of genuine spare parts: GM dash clock with harness, Chevrolet Motor Division centre caps, chrome trim rings, heater duct, spare tyre, and a Camaro reference book. Original 1974 owner's manual and three keys included.
