Overview

The 3.56ct emerald cut sits east-west at the centre of this substantial yellow gold statement ring, its light-medium blue providing the signature cool tone that makes aquamarine so versatile with gold. Six baguette-cut diamonds frame the aquamarine in channel settings on both sides, their clean rectangular forms bringing a structured, geometric quality to the shoulders. Fifty-four round brilliant pavé diamonds complete the domed crown above and below, creating the kind of all-round sparkle a statement ring needs to hold attention.



From the photos, the ring is in new, unworn condition. The inner shank is stamped "585 AQ3.56ct D1.20ct" confirming 14-karat gold and total carat weights. The four tiger-claw prongs are prominent in yellow gold, gripping the corners of the emerald cut with good visual presence. The aquamarine shows moderate inclusions that are visible in detail photos but do not significantly diminish the face-up presentation. Diamond areas use rhodium-plated settings, creating a white contrast to the warm yellow gold prongs around the aquamarine. An independent insurance valuation (Karma Gems, February 2026) assessed replacement value at AUD $26,800.
