- Removed old standard axles, springs, hangers, and brakes
- removed existing wood floor and steel frame
- installed 100mmx50mmx3mm steel beams from draw bar to the rear of the trailer
- fabricate and install trusses each side of the trailer
- fabricate frame to accommodate boat lifter
- fabricate tools, storage compartments
- new aluminium 3mm checker plate floor
- draw bar remains original
- aluminium ramps (Ozz Ramps 2300 long 2500kg rating)
-New 7 leaf roll springs (3 ton rated per axle) with new hangers
-New 45mm square parallel axles to suit 40mm bearings
-New bearings and U bolts
-New 10'x2' electric drums and shoes to all 4 wheels
-New 6 stud ALCO 15"x7" rims with rating of 1180kg
-New 205/65R15 C light truck tyres
-Rewire and fir new brake, indicator and tail lights
- Install lights in storage boxes
- Install new 12 volt 120 Ah battery with Redarc Smart Solenoid for brake away brakes
- Frame designed to have a boat loader fitted
- Trailer painted to match the RV
