Description

The 1949 Ford F1 was the first of Ford's post-war light truck line, and its clean, purposeful cab-over-style styling has made it one of the most desirable restomod platforms in the American truck scene. This example represents the serious end of the restomod market, with an investment-grade build that replaces virtually every mechanical system with modern, proven hardware while preserving the unmistakable character of the original body.



The mechanical specification reads like a blueprint for a truck you can actually drive hard and enjoy. The chassis has been custom notched and reinforced with heavy-duty tubular bracing. A Mustang II independent front suspension conversion brings rack-and-pinion power steering and dramatically improved handling.
