The GRB-generation WRX STI hatchback is the version many enthusiasts consider the sweet spot of the entire STI lineage. Built between 2007 and 2011, the GRB combined the proven 2.0-litre turbocharged EJ20 boxer engine with a six-speed manual gearbox, Brembo brakes, the Driver's Control Centre Differential, and SI-Drive in a five-door hatchback body that added genuine practicality without sacrificing any of the STI's performance credentials. The top-mount intercooler hood scoop, quad exhaust outlets, and the iconic pedestal rear wing announce exactly what this car is.
