The lower front panel is finished in flame walnut veneer with moulded framing. The piano sits on block feet fitted with castors. The lower right foot area shows chipping and wear to the timber. The rear of the piano shows plain timber construction with age-related darkening and minor wear. The keys show significant yellowing, discolouration and surface wear across the white key coverings. Red felt is visible behind the black keys. The internal hammer action is visible with the top lid open. The carved front legs show darkening and patina consistent with age. The brass candle sconces show patina and tarnishing.
